* -Should be able to be flexible for dress and for sneakers; -
* -Last measurement for the fit and capacity to interpret the design info/look;
* -strong knowledge for the pattern to be able to control the fitting and the look request from the brand;
* -outsole mold and accessory mold to be able to read and speak with the supplier and guide them to the right direction follow the design/price request from the brand;
* -material knowledge to avoid quality issue and follow the target price;
* -strong knowledge of the factory process to prevent the production quality issue and control the cost. It’s important if he worked in factory some period;

* 须要有丰富的大底模具和配件模具方面的知识，并具有与模具厂沟通引导模具厂根据品牌的设计/价格要求进行模具修改或调整；
* 须有丰富的材料方面的知识可以避免材料品质问题，并能够根据品牌的目标价进行材料调整；
* 扎实的鞋厂操作流程管控方面的知识并能够管控成本。***是有鞋厂工作的经历。
* 精通鞋子的全套工艺流程，识别并解决穿着舒适度以及工艺实施过程中的关键问题，提出创新的解决方案并推动实施；
* 能适应出差海外，有一定的抗压能力，团队协作，执行能力强，以结果为导向；有技转背景善于分析报告和沟通；
