Must have Minimum experience of 15 years in footwear with specialization in sneakers;
Should be strong in communication with good hold in both written and spoken English;
Ability to conduct live fit sessions with clients directly covering various aspect of development , manufacturing, and process;
Capable of manage development project from concept to confirmation;
Able to check and make patterns and based on clients fitting comments should be able to support factories whenever required;
Should have deep knowledge of last and mold;
Deep knowledge of all footwear testing and ensuring products comply with legal requirements;
Liaising with customers and factories for all fits , PP samples , shipment samples to ensure requirements are met ;
Good in developing and maintaining processes;
Detail oriented;
Should be able to understand the product commercially , working closely with the merchandising team;
